What you should know about fats

Fats are classified into three groups: saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated . However, there is another guy like hydrogenated fat or trans-fat (trans-fats).
Some fats can be considered good and bad. The secret is to use the good fats and bad in moderation, if you can not definitively eliminate at least greatly reduce their consumption.

saturated fats
Most of these fats are animal fat from the beef, pork, chicken and other meat and milk. But there are also vegetable oils such as coconut, cocoa butter and palm oil.
When these fats are consumed, the liver responds by producing more cholesterol, thus raising the level of cholesterol in the blood. These fats are considered negative and consumption should be avoided or limited by whether you want to lose weight or not.

Monounsaturated fats These fats are of vegetable origin and are usually liquid at room temperature. Are considered good fats because they produce good cholesterol (HDL) that prevents cholesterol bad to accumulate in the arteries.

Polyunsaturated fats
Many are called good fats. Like the previous help to control bad cholesterol but are even more effective at this than mono-saturated fats. They are also liquid at room temperature and plant origin.

Why married women fatter?

Why is it that married women fatter and sleeping less? Quite simply, when a woman living with a partner sacrifices his hour fitness center to share a meal with your husband, boyfriend or lover. Many times we stop buying paisa cheese, cottage cheese or ricotta to buy that yellow quesito so fond of our partners.

usually at night when husband comes home from work he says: "My Love, I results in pellets," comes and prepares the pasta and you eat it too so you do not dine alone. In the magazine
Lancet was published an article that said: "Couples come more often to eat out than singles. Likewise, at home, share meals with men who dishes need more energy, which makes them gain weight "

other hand, married women also lose a lot of sleep. The reason: the snores of your partner. So let laziness and food preparation twice, accompanied her husband to dinner but fruits and you do it with your "simple" pellets. And if you have trouble sleeping at night to buy him a couple of those devices that are placed in the nose to breathe better and prevent snoring.
